Welcome to our blog! Today we're sharing a refreshing green smoothie recipe that not only tastes delicious, but also offers a touch of CBD for added wellness. Ideal for a healthy start to the day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 banana (frozen for a cooler consistency)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen pieces)
  • 1/2 cup cucumber (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or regular water)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional for a sweet taste)
  • 1 teaspoon CBD oil

Directions:

  1. Preparation of ingredients: Wash all fresh ingredients thoroughly. If using bananas, freeze them in advance for a colder smoothie.

  2. Mixing the ingredients: Place all ingredients in a blender. Add spinach, banana, pineapple, cucumber, coconut water and honey (to taste).

  3. Adding CBD: Add the recommended dose of CBD oil to the blender.

  4. Mix: Blend all ingredients until you get a smooth mixture. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more liquid.

  5. To serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately. Decorate it as desired with a pineapple slice or a mint leaf.

This smoothie combines nutrient-dense green vegetables with fruits and CBD to give you a refreshing and nutritious drink. Adjust the CBD dose to your needs and consult a doctor or expert before regular use.
